3/4 cup Strong Cold Brew Coffee
4 Large Eggs

2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 cups Very Ripe Bananas, Mashed
1.5 cups Chopped Nuts or Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Cortado Glaze
2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 shots Espresso
1/4 cup Half & Half or Heavy Cream
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Sprinkle Salt to Taste
