Cola Chicken

   Put chicken in a non-stick skillet.

   Pour the ketchup and Diet Coke over the chicken.

   Bring to a boil over medium heat.

   Cover the skillet, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes.

   Preheat oven to 200 F.

   Uncover it the pan, remove the chicken and put it in an oven safe dish.

   Put chicken in a 200 F oven to keep warm.

   Turn up the heat on the sauce and continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick.
