For rub mix all ingredients in small bowl, rub can be made one week ahead.

For burgers, mix ground beef with the mustard, garlic and worcestchire until completely mixed. Makes 8 patties. Cook bacon and set aside on drip dish to drain off all the fat and break in half. Using your thumb make a slight indentation in each burger in the center. Prepare BBQ heat to medium. Sprinkle 1 TBSPN of coffee rub on each side of the hamburger patty. Grill until slightly charred about 4 minutes, turn then place two bacon halves atop each burger. Cook for three (3) minutes then place cheese on top and melt, about one minute longer. Top with onions and tomatoes. Spoon a dollop of Texas BBQ sauce and serve the burger on the potato bun.
