Cod With Salsa

   Preheat oven 350 degrees.

   Wash two cod loins.

   Place loins in lemon juice and let stand for 20 - 30 minutes. Dry loins and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fish in a sprayed baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

   Spread 1/2 cup salsa over fish. Return to oven for 15 minutes.

   Remove from oven and sprinkle with a small amount of shredded cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and serve.
