Coconut Oatmeal Cookies

   Put sugars, shortening, sour cream, eggs, soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla into large mixing bowl.

   Mix well, using a pastry blender.

   Add flour, coconut and oatmeal, mixing well as before. Push through a cookie press, using the 3/4-inch tube.

   Cut dough into 2-inch logs.

   Roll in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

   Put on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 375u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
