Coconut Macademia Nut Scones

   Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly butter 2 baking sheets.

   In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in coconut, chocolate, and macadamia nuts. Add whipping cream, lime juice and lime peel, and stir until just combined.

   On a lightly floured surface, turn out the dough, and knead into soft dough, about 2 to 3 minutes. Divide the dough into thirds. Flatten each piece of dough into a 7-inch circle and cut into 8 triangles. Transfer to prepared baking sheets, keeping triangles 2-inches apart. Brush with melted butter, and if desired sprinkle with additional sugar.

   Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 24 scones.
