Coconut Custard Pie

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar and salt. Add the eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla, and stir until well combined. Fold in the coconut.

   Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a knife inserted halfway between the edge and the center comes out clean.
