Coconut Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Cream the butter and add the sugar and salt. Mix well.

   Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

   Add the flour and coconut.

   Shape the dough into balls and place on baking trays leaving a 2-centimeter space between the cookies.

   Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

   Remove from the oven and let them cool to serve.
