Coconut Cookies

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Place the egg whites in a bowl with a pinch of salt, and beat until firm.

   Gradually, add the powdered sugar until the egg whites form stiff peaks.

   Gently mix in spoonfuls of coconut, beating upwards.

   Line a baking tray with parchment paper, or other non-stick material.

   Put spoonfuls of dough on the tray.

   Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden.

   Remove from oven, and let cool.
