Coconut Bon-Bons

   Mix macaroon coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut flavoring together and knead until it all sticks together. Form 1-inch balls and dip in melted chocolate.

   Tip: Forming balls is easiest when your hands are wet.

   I always use a toothpick to dip but you could also submerge the whole bon-bon if you want it completely covered with chocolate.

   Variation: If you don't like your candy extra sweet, you can use unsweetened macaroon coconut. They are still very yummy! My husband actually prefers them this way.

   Makes approximately 5 dozen.
