Cocoa Peanut Squares

   Combine corn syrup and sugar in medium saucepan.

   Cook over moderate heat, stirring frequently until mixture bubbles.

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in peanut butter.

   Add cereal, stirring until well coated with peanut butter mixture.

   Press into buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.

   Cut into squares when cool.
