7/8 cup coca-cola
1 7/8 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
7/8 cup sugar
13/16 cup cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, add the eggs, butter, milk, and 150 milliliters of Coca-Cola. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, add the flour, baking powder, sugar, 30 grams of cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Add the dry ingredients to the the liquid ingredientss and beat vigorously.

Fill the muffin cases 2/3 full and bake for 23 to 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack.

In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and the remaining cocoa powder and cola and blend into a paste.

Spread the topping on the muffins and garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
