Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened; 2 cups all-purpose flour; 1 ¾ cups sugar; 3 tablespoons hershey cocoa; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring; 2 eggs; ½ cup buttermilk; 1 cup Coca-Cola; 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows; ½ cup melted butter; 3 tablespoons hershey cocoa; 1 box confectioners' sugar; ⅓ cup Coca-Cola; 1 cup pecans or 1 cup favorite nuts (optional)

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups sugar
3 tablespoons hershey cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
2 eggs
½ cup buttermilk
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
½ cup melted butter
3 tablespoons hershey cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
⅓ cup Coca-Cola

In a medium bowl sift Flour, Cocoa, Sugar, Baking Soda.

In a Large bowl mix together Butter, Vanilla, Eggs, Buttermilk and Coke.

With any kinda mixer, Blend on low speed, Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet.

Mix well, Add mini marshmallow's and stir by hand once or twice.

Pour Batter into a greased 13 X 9 pan or larger.

Bake at 350 for 35 min.

or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 15-30 min.

Icing: Combine melted butter, cocoa, coke and the whole box of powder sugar.

Beat until smooth, the stir in nuts (optional).

Spread on Cake.
