Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits.

Cut avocado into chunks and spoon out of its shell into a medium-sized bowl.

Dice the roma tomatoes and white onion and add to the bowl.

Mix by slicing through ingredients with a butter knife.

This allows you to keep some big, juicy avocado chunks.

Quarter the lime and squeeze the juice of each quarter into the bowl.
