1 tablespoon curry powder
¼ cup parsley
¼ cup chives
1 carrot
¾ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
1 cup tomato sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon instant coffee
¼ cup brown sugar
¾ cup water

Loaf.

Chop onions, parsely, chives and bacon.

Grate carrot.Add meat,breadcrumbs,egg,curry,milk and water.

Combine all ingredients well.

Put into a greased loaf tin.

Cook in moderate oven for about half an hour, then pour over sauce and cook a further 45 minutes.
