Citrus-White Chocolate Macaroons

   Preheat oven to 325F.

   Beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until frothy.

   Add coconut, sugar, flour, white chocolate and lemon peel; stir until well blended.

   Drop tablespoonfuls of batter, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased and floured baking sheets.

   Bake 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown.

   Remove from baking sheets to wire racks; cool completely.

   Drizzle evenly with semi-sweet chocolate.

   Let stand until chocolate is firm.
