Citrus Spinach Smoothie

   Wash the 2 cups of spinach under cool water and put into blender.

   Cut the oranges and tangerine in half.

3. 3

   Squeeze them until no more juice comes out.

   Take any seeds out of the juice.

5. 5

   Pour orange/tangerine juice into the blender with the spinach.

   Add ice and blend.

   Pour into a cup, garnish and enjoy.
