Cissys Cheese Ball

   Chop green onions and dried beef very finely.

   (I use an electric mini food chopper.

   Add beef/onion conglomeration to softened cream cheese in a large bowl.

   Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

   Shape mixture into a ball-like form.

   Wrap in Saran wrap, wax paper, or foil.

   Set inside a bowl and refrigerate for 2 days.

   (Gotta give all of the flavors a chance to soak into the cream cheese, so to speak.)

    After 2 days of letting the cheese ball bask in all its glory in your refrigerator, unwrap this yummy concoction, re-shape, and serve with crackers of your choice.
