1
Pull the goat cheese and butter out of the KitchenAid(R) Multi-Door Refrigerator and set out to soften.
2
Preheat the KitchenAid(R) Grill and Panini Press on your Gas Cooktop at medium heat.
3
Butter one side of each of the eight pieces of cinnamon swirl bread. Flip each piece of bread over. Spread the goat cheese on four pieces of bread and spread the fig jam on the remaining pieces of bread. Top each of the goat cheese pieces of bread with about a half of a handful of arugula. Press together the goat cheese and fig jam so the buttered sides of the bread are exposed.
4
Place the sandwich on the Grill and Panini press and place the lid on the sandwich. Grill until the bottom side is golden brown. Be careful because the grilled cheese will cook quickly, so make sure to check it often. Once the bottom side is grilled, flip the sandwich over and put the top back on. Grill until that side is golden brown.
5
Cut each sandwich in half. To serve, stack the pieces and drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Garnish with a bunch of arugula and a sliced fig or two.
