Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

   Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg.

   Add milk, raisins and butter; mix well.

   Stir in bread cubes.

   Let stand 5 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

   Place into a greased pan (1 1/2-quart) and place into a 13 x 9 pan filled with water.

   The water should be about halfway up the sides of the pudding pan. Bake in a 350u00b0 oven until puffed and golden brown and a knife inserted in the center of the pudding comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
