Cinnamon Puff Pastries

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Line a baking sheet with a non-stick silicone baking mat, and set aside.

   In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a fork.

   Roll out the puff pastry and brush the entire surface with the whisked egg.

   Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste.

   With a pizza cutter, cut the dough in half lengthwise. Then, cut into strips about 2 centimeters wide.

   Roll each strip into a spiral and place on the baking sheet.

   Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.

   Let cool and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar
