2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. cream
2 Tbsp. butter

Combine in large bowl, sugar and potatoes; add water and yeast to mixture.
