Mix Pineapple juice, Orange juice, Honey, and Cinnamon in a 9x13 dish.

while chicken is cooking put some of the marinate in large sauce pan over heat and reduce, I like to use a litttle flour to help as a thickening agent. Reduce to almost a paste type of texture.

You can use some of the unused marinate to baste the chicken while it is on the grill.

once everyting has been cooked and reduced, you can now plate it.

Use the reduced marinate as a sauce that gets poured over the chicken.

Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon, lemon zest and lime zest over the chicken.
