Cinnamon Cat Tails ( Thini Donuts )

   Take your 2 flour tortillas and fold each of them in half

   Cut each of the folded tortillas into 4 triangular strips

   Open up each strip and sprinkle a moderate-generous amount of brown sugar inside, followed by sprinkling the cinnamon inside.

   Fold the pieces back to the original way they were when cut into 4

   Oil your frying pan and put it onto a medium to high heat ( depends on the stove )

   Once the oil in the pan begins absorbing, drop in the pieces of tortilla, careful not to spill the sugary interior

   Let them sit in there for a minute or two before turning it over.

   They are finished when each side is golden brown or has golden brown patch on it. ( Any cinnamon and brown sugar that escaped into the pan, makes a good coating for these sweet treats)

   Best served hot with milk. ( anything can be added into these sweet treats, such as Nutella all the way to peanut butter! )
