Chronic Fries – a delicious recipe with Shoestring Fries, sour cream, Cilantro, Asada for, Bushes, Favorite Salsa. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Put the Carne Asada in a pan and cover with water.

Cook on stove top until all water has evaporated stirring occasionally.

Just before the meat is finished cooking start the fries.

You want to fry them in a pan (I use Canola oil).

While those are cooking, dice up the onion (if it's not already diced) and cilantro.

Cut up lettuce.

Once the fries are done cooking, put them on the plate and sprinkle cheese in the top them.

(As much as desired.)

Put in microwave for 15 seconds until cheese is melted.

Cook beans adding about a 1/2 cup of milk.

Put beans on top of the fries, followed by Carne Asada, lettuce, onions, cilantro, (Squeeze) lime and add sour cream on top.
