Christmas Morn Casserole

   Brown sausage and drain.

   Mix eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.

   Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish making sure you press the seams closed.

   Top dough with sausage then cheese.

   Pour egg and milk mixture over sausage and cheese.

   Cover and refrigerate overnight.

   Next morning: Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until cheese melts and eggs have set.
