Christmas Jam

   In large pan, combine apricots, pineapple and syrup, water and cherry syrup.

   Let stand 1 hour, then cook slowly until apricots are tender.

   Add sugar; cook slowly, stirring often, until thick (216u00b0).

   Cut cherries in quarters; add and cook a few minutes longer.

   Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
