Christmas Biscuits

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, milk and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix into egg mixture to make a soft dough. Flour hands and pinch off a piece of dough; roll it into a ball and then into a stick and twist into a spiral.

   brush tops with an egg wash( 1 egg and 2 T water beaten together) and bake 8-10 minutes or until brown on bottom.

   Glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk and almond extract.
