Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and mix well with a whisk until it is creamy.

Chop up the dried fruits finely and sprinkle rum liquor on.

Chop up the white chocolate.

Put heavy cream in a pan and heat it up.

When it starts to get some bubbles, then stop cut the heat.

Add the white chocolate from step 1 and mix well to melt the chocolate.

Add the chocolate cream little at a time to the cream cheese from step 1 in about 5 portions and mix well to make it smooth.

Add the dried fruits including the rum liquor and mix.

Place kitchen parchment paper on a shallow container.

Squeeze out the cream cheese mixture using a pastry bag to make each circle to be about 2cm in diameter.

The size would be a little bit different, but you can also make it by dropping the mixture on kitchen parchment paper with a spoon.

Chill in the refrigerator.

It is ready when it becomes hard.
