Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

   Sift and mix flour, icing sugar and cornstarch. Blend in butter and grated chocolate until smooth.

   Shape into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with a fork. Or you can roll dough into 1/4-inch thickness and use cutters to make shapes.

   Place a chocolate chunk or cashew into each cookie if you wish. Bake at 300u00b0F for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely and serve.
