Chocolate Revel Bars

   Cook on stove chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, salt and vanilla.

   Cook real low heat until melted (cool some).

   Put remaining mixture on large cookie sheet.

   Then put chocolate chip mixture on top of that.

   Then put remaining batter on top.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done.
