1.) Mix sugar, cocoa powder, flour, milk, and tapioca over medium heat in a medium size saucepan. Whisk constantly until it feels slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

2.) Add the egg yolk, chocolate, butter, and vanilla and whisk for about 5 minutes. If the mixture is not yet thickened, add the corn starch.

3.) Remove from heat. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar.
