Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

   Take the ritz and put a generous amount of peanut butter between two crackers.

   I usually end up using two whole pkgs of ritz and a whole jar of peanut butter.

   Put the made up crackers and pb in the fridge to stiffen them up.

   In a double boiler or microwave melt all 3 chocolate bars and about half the pkg of white chocolate bark.

   Once melted dip each cracker fully into the chocolate.

   Place the cookies on a pan sprayed with NONSTICK SPRAY.

   THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

   Then place the pan of cookies in the fridge to harden the chocolate.

    They will be ready to eat within an hour.
