Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake-Filled Cupcakes

   Cupcakes: Stir peanut butter chips into cake batter.

   Portion about 1-1/2 oz.

   Bake as directed on cake mix package.

   Cool completely.

   Core out the middle of each cupcake.

   Fill each with 1 oz.

   Cheesecake Batter.

   Buttercream: Cream butter, vanilla and salt with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment until smooth.

    Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing until fluffy.

    Add peanut butter; mix until completely blended.

    Spoon into pastry bag fitted with a star tip.

    Decorate tops of each cupcake with about 1 oz.
