2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold milk
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cream or 1 large can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold milk in small bowl.

Add gelatin to scalded milk.

Stir in peanut butter; mix well and cool.

In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy.

Freeze chocolate chips until firm, then chop in blender while still frozen.
