Chocolate-Orange Tart

   Place the chocolate in a medium bowl and set aside.

   In a small heavy saucepan whisk together the cream, orange juice, sour cream, and sugar.

   Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to bubble around the edges.

   Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate and let it stand for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate.

   Gently whisk until smooth.

   Scrape the filling into prepared shell and spread evenly with a small spatula.

   Chill at least 4 hours.
