For the orange dust: preheat the oven to 200u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the orange liqueur into a saucepan, add the zest of 1 orange. Bring to a boil, pour through a fine sieve, and set the liqueur aside. Drain the orange zest and spread it on the baking sheet. Dry it in the oven for about 30 mins, then remove and let cool.

For the batter, preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Grease 12 small custard cups. Melt the chocolate, butter, and honey in a double boiler, then remove from heat. Finely grate the zest of the other orange into the chocolate and stir in 1 tbsp of the warm liqueur.
3
In a large bowl, combine the eggs and the sugar, and beat well. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, and stir to combine. Sift in the flour mixture and stir to combine. Distribute 2-3 tbsp of cake batter into each custard cup (batter will be very runny). Bake for about 12 mins (the surface will harden, but not the inside). Remove them from the oven and leave to cool a little.
4
Pulverize the dried orange peel in a mortar. Carefully remove the cakes from the ramekins, sprinkle them with orange dust through a sieve, and serve immediately.
