Combine chocolate wafer crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan that has been sprayed with pan release spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes, remove from oven.

Combine softened cream cheese and sugar in mixer; mix until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time and mix just until blended (do not overbeat). Add orange juice and rind and combine.

Reserve 1 1/4 cups batter and pour remainder into pan. Mix melted chocolate into reserved batter, then swirl chocolate batter through batter in pan for a marbled effect.

Bake for 1 hour, then turn oven off and leave in the oven for an additional 20 minutes.

Cool cheesecake in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight before serving.
