Chocolate Oatmeal Delight

   Mix sugar, salt, cocoa and milk together.

   Bring to a rolling boil.

   Let continue until mixture forms a soft ball when a small amount is placed into a glass of cool water.

   Remove from heat; add vanilla, peanut butter and oats.

   Mix well.

   Spoon out by teaspoons onto waxed paper and let cool.

   Will harden within minutes.
