Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies(Yummy, More Like Candy)

   In sauce pan, mix well the milk, cocoa, sugar; then heat. Break up butter into mixture and stir until it melts. Bring to a boil and boil for 4 minutes. Take off of the stove.

   Add vanilla, salt, oatmeal and pecans. Drop quickly on wax paper and let cool. (I usually put newspaper under the wax paper to keep table or counter from being marred from the heat) These are always a hit.
