Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

   Mix together the sugar and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat, then add in the butter and milk. It is easier if you cut up the butter into smaller peices. Stir well and let come to a rolling boil. Keep a close eye on it so that it doesn't boil over. Let the mixture boil for about a minute, then remove from heat. Add in vanilla and peanut butter. Then slowly add in oats. Use anywhere between 2 - 4 cups of oats, until it gets to a good dough consistency. If it gets too thick splash in a tiny amount of water. Drop onto wax paper in small teaspoons, let them sit for a bit and then enjoy!
