Chocolate Mini Cheesecake Recipe

   Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

   Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour.

   Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

   Blend in liquor.

   Heat 1/2 c. chocolate chips; add in to cream cheese mix till blended.

   Stir in remaining chips.

   Place 1 cookie in bottom of 12 paper lined muffin c..

   Fill to top with cream cheese mix.

   Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till set.

    Cold before removing from pan.
