Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Mix the cocoa powder with 6-7 tbsp of boiling water and allow to cool. In a large bowl, cream together 1 1/2 sticks of butter, sugar, eggs and cocoa for 2-3 minutes. Fold in the flour and baking powder and transfer to an 8 x 4 inch greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in the bottom of the oven for 60-70 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes then remove and cool on a wire rack.

Beat together 9 tbsp butter and the powdered sugar until creamy. Add 1 tbsp boiling water towards the end then spread the buttercream on top of the cake, decorate with mini eggs and refrigerate. 20 minutes before serving, remove from the fridge and dust with cocoa powder.
