Chocolate Lava Mini Cakes With Raspberry Sauce

   Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

   Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler. Add the sugar, remove from heat, and add the eggs one by one, without mixing. Add the flour and mix well to incorporate.

   Pour the batter into greased and floured ramekins and bake for 16 minutes.

   Prepare the sauce by cooking the raspberries for a few moments with a few tablespoons of sugar and the lemon juice. Strain.
