1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/3 c. sugar
4 Large eggs
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. minced walnuts or possibly peanuts
1 c. chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Heat unsweetened chocolate.

Blend in bowl chocolate and oil.

Add in sugar and Large eggs.

Cover in plastic wrap and chill 1 hour.

Roll into golf ball size and roll into powdered sugar.
