   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Combine flour, butter and 1 cup of the chopped nuts in a bowl.

   Press using a fork into a 9x13 inch pan.

   Make sure that the layer is even.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes.

   Let cool.

   Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the whipped cream.

   Spread over cooled crust.

   Make pudding with Instant chocolate pudding mix and milk as directed on the package.

    Spread over cream cheese mixture.

    Cover with remaining whipped cream and top with remaining nuts (if desired).
