Chocolate Goobers(Candy)

   Combine sugar and crackers; set aside.

   In saucepan, heat butter and peanut butter until melted.

   Remove from heat; stir in crumb mixture.

   Shape into walnut size balls and set aside.

   In small saucepan, heat chocolate chips and shortening until melted. Roll balls in chocolate to coat.

   Place on waxed paper and refrigerate.
