Chocolate Ganache Tart Sith Passion Fruit Curd

   To make the pastry shell, mix flours, flaked coconut, vanilla, shortening and sugar.

   Add 3 tablespoons of water, 1 at a time, to form a ball of dough.

   Let stand for 20 minutes.

   Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

   Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.

   Line a tart pan with dough, and with a fork prick the whole surface.

   Bake for 20 minutes.

   Melt the chocolate in the microwave.

   Add coconut milk and mix well.

    Place a thick layer of passion fruit curd on the bottom of the tart shell.

    Add the ganache and leave for 1 hour at room temperature before storing it in the refrigerator until serving.
