Chocolate Fudge Brownies

   Preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Line bottom and sides of an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

   Place chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder and 1/2 cup boiling water in a large bowl. Stir and let stand for 2 mins, then stir until smooth. Whisk in egg yolks. Fold in flour.

   Beat egg whites in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until firm peaks form. Fold gently into chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

   Bake for 30 mins, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into squares and dust with additional cocoa powder to serve.
