1
Put all the ingredients in a a bowl, I prefer to use a glass bowl as there's less chance of the chocolate splitting and it's easier to use in the microwave.
2
Microwave the mixture on high for 30 seconds.
3
Remove the bowl and give a quick stir with a metal spoon.
4
Then return it to the microwave for another 30 seconds on high.
5
Remove and stir until all the chocolate and butter has melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
6
Pour mixture into a 20cm x 20 cm baking tin lined with foil and place in the fridge for 4 hours or until firm.
7
When the fudge is firm, turn it out onto a chopping board and peel back the foil.
8
Cut the fudge into small peices about 2x2cm as it's quite rich.
9
Perfect for an after dinner treat with coffee.
